CROWN ROAST OF PORK RUB

Mix all together and make into paste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch fresh rosemary, picked and finely chopped
- 1 bunch fresh sage, picked and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
APPLE CINNAMON BREAD

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (not packed)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cups white sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1-3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 up milk
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
BEST DARN HAM SANDWICHES

You will need 2 9x13 pans
- 2 - 12 packages of sweet Hawaiian rolls ( the small dinner roll looking ones)
- 1-1/2 lbs of Virginia Ham (NOT honey ham, it is a little too sweet), or sliced turkey, pastrami, corned beef
- 12 slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 stick of real butter (1/2 cup)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder or Minced Onion
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds or Sesame Seeds
JAPANESE COLESLAW

Toast the almonds in oven at 350 for 2-5 minutes or until toasted brown
- 1 package Sapora Ichiban Japanese Noodle Soup or similar soup mix
- 1 medium cabbage
- 4-5 green onions
- Slivered Almonds (approximately 1/2 cup or more)
- DRESSING: Mix together the following
- Noodle Soup seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
BEST PUDDING

Good fruity flavor with a browned crumbly topping
- PUDDING:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 large egg, fork-beaten
- 14 oz. canned fruit cocktail, with juice
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
CREAMY SWISS CHICKEN BAKE

Preheat oven to 375 Pat chicken dry and place in a greased 9x13 pan
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
- 6-8 slices Swiss Cheese (Mozzarella works too)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 up grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
PINEAPPLE SQUARES

1. Mix and blend the flour, butter and salt
- BATTER:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1-1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 egg whole
- Beat mixture until fluffy.
- TOPPING:
- 1 can 20 oz. crushed pineapple (drained well) mix with 1 can Nestle Cream
VEAL SCALOPPINE WITH SHALLOT CREAM SAUCE

In shallow dish, combine flour and pinch each of the salt and pepper, coat veal in mixture
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. veal scaloppine
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup finely chopped shallots
- 1 tsp. dried sage, crumbled
- 1-1/2 cups real whipping cream
- Half sweet red pepper, julienned
- 1 lb. linguini pasta
LOADED CAULIFLOWER

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1 large head of cauliflower cut into bite size pieces (approx 6 cups)
- 6-8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese (may use Cheddar)
- 8 oz container sliced mushrooms
BARBEQUE MARINADE

Mix together
- 2 Cups Ketchup
- 1 Cup Chile Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tsp. Dried Oregano
- 2 Tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
- Dash of Hot Sauce
