Smoked Salmon Pasta

Fill a large pot with lightly-salted water and bring to a rolling boil
- 1 (8 ounce) package linguine pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 ounce smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons milk
Mum's Vegetable Soup

Prepare all vegetables and combine all ingredients in large sauce pan
- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 1/2 leek, chopped
- 5 small chopped onions
- 1/2 celery stalk (small one or 4 sticks)
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- Water
- Oregano
- Basil
- Salt and pepper

- 1 1/2 cups powdered (confectioners) sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cold heavy whipping cream

Fettuccine Carbonara (A favorite!)

Heat olive oil in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat
- 5 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 shallots, diced
- 1 large onion, cut into thin strips
- 1 pound bacon, cut into strips
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) package fettuccini pasta
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (I use milk, with great results)
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Pumpkin Pie

Mix all ingredients and bake in pre-heated 375 oven for 35-40 minutes
- 1 3/4 cup puréed sweet pumpkin or alternative (butternut squash purée)
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1 lb hot italian sausage, casings removed
- 2-1/2 cups baking mix (eg Bisquick)
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Rosemary Chicken Marinade

Mix all ingredients and marinade meat for a few hours before grilling on indirect grill
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary

- 1 ⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 -2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 ⁄4 cup cold water
Coffee Grounds Garbage Disposal Cleaners

Measure and add the coffee grounds, Epsom salts, and baking soda to the mixing bowl
- 1 cup dry used coffee grounds
- 1/2 cup Epsom salts
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
