- 1 box pasta-rotini or bowtie work well
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- bag of spinach
- 1 container ricotta cheese
- splash of worchestershire sauce
- Italian seasoning to taste

- 1/3 c pecans (walnuts will do in a pinch)
- 1/2 c melted chocolate (i.e. 2 Full-Size Squares of Melted Baker's Brand Chocolate because it's dairy-free, or melt 1/2 c Chocolate Chips, or a Cocoa Powder/Agave/Coconut Oil Mix to keep it raw)
- 1/8 to 1/4 c agave + pinch of salt. Freeze this mixture to create your raw vegan caramel sauce.
Nut Butter Crusted Parsnip Fries

- 3 medium parsnips (or 2 medium sweet potatoes), peeled and cut into thin fry-like strips
- 1 Tbsp almond butter

- 1/2 tsp fine grain sea salt

- 1/4 tsp crushed dried onion

- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup flour (I used whole grain spelt flour)
- 1 cup water
- Pinch sea salt

- 1 pound vegan pasta (or regular if you prefer!)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup plain Almond Breeze (may use other non-dairy milk)
- 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder*
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic puree
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (curry powder)
- 1 tablespoons tahini
- black pepper to taste
- *Can substitute 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
