Grilled Asian Flank Steak

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients; add steak
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, warmed
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted, optional
Patagonian Scallops, Lemon and Olive Oil

1.Bring 3 liters of water to a boil
- 240 g Patagonian Scallops (120 to 150 ct)
- 1 fresh lemon, juice and zest
- 4 leaves radicchio (fine chiffonade)
- 200 ml olive oil (for dressing and sautéing)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced fine
- 1/4 bunch fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 g sea salt
- 3 ml cracked white pepper
- 250 g tagliatelle, or fettucini pasta
Peanut Butter Balls

Mix together. Form 1" balls
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1 c graham crackers, crushed
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 stic melted butter

Super Easy Homemade Hummus

1) in food processor add chick peas, garlic, olive oil and 1/2 c water and salt
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 clove garlic(may want to start with less or you can sauté it first so it is not as strong.)
- 2-3 tbls olive oil
- up to 1/2 c water(use liquid from chickpeas)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- optional: black beans or roasted red pepper
Hummus

- 2 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley

1. In a medium bowl, beat together well the flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside
- •1 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons spooned and leveled bleached all-purpose flour
- •1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- •½ teaspoon salt
- •8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
- •2 3/4 cups sugar, divide
- •3 tablespoon of canola oil
- •2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- •2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- •2 large eggs
- •1 large egg yolk
- •2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- •1 ½ teaspoons of peppermint extract
- •1 cup sugar
Adobo Seasoned Baked Chicken Wings

- 1/2 cup mango nectar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 to 2 Tbsp red hot sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp tumeric
- 40 chicken wings- rinsed and patted dry
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp finely chopped oregano or 2 tsp of dried oregano
Grilled Sweet and Spicy Shrimp

Mix all ingredients together
- 1/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 2 Tblsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 2 tblsp vegetable oil
- 1-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lbs shrimp
Swordfish Kebabs with Aioli

In a large, non-metal bowl, mix mayo, garlic, and lemon juice
- For Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayo (Hellmann’s works great, but don’t use low-fat)
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 1 Tbsp lemon or lime juice
- Cayenne pepper or hot sauce
- Salt
- For Swordfish:
- 1.5 Lb swordfish without skin, cut into 1” cubes
- 3 cups veggies cut into 1” cubes (Zucchini, tomatoes, onions)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp chopped rosemary (optional)
Italian Pot Roast

- 6 whole peppercorns
- 4 whole cloves
- 3 whole allspice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 boneless beef chuck roast(2 lbs)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 celery ribs sliced
- 2 medium carrots sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup sherry or reduced sodium beef broth
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Hot cooked egg noodles(optional)
