Taffy Apple Salad

Stir above together and cook over medium-low heat until thick
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 8 oz crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 T. flour
- 2 T. apple cider vinegar
- 8 oz. cool whip
- 4 granny apples (leave on peal) - chopped
- 1 C. cocktail peanuts (regular or chopped)
A to Z Quick Bread

Stir together flour, soda, cinn, powder & salt
- 3 c. flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. A to Z ingredient*
- 1 c. chopped nuts (opt)
- * grated apples
- applesauce
- mashed bananas
- pureed pumpkin
- raisins
- strawberries
- grated zucchini
Pepper and Bean Salad

In a large bowl, combine the beans, corn, onion, garlic, bell peppers and jalapeño peppers
- Dressing:
- 1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz. can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz. bag super sweet frozen niblet corn or 2 Cups fresh corn on the cob kernels
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 Cup chopped, fresh cilantro (or 2 TB. dried CILANTRO)
- 1 tsp. GROUND CUMIN
- 1 TB. ALEPPO PEPPER
- 1 tsp. PENZEYS FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
- 1 tsp. SEA SALT
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/2 Cup red wine vinegar
- 2 limes, juice of (1/4-1/3 Cup)
Pumpkin Bread

- 3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 t. cloves
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. cold water
- 2 c. pumpkin
Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin

1.Make the orange marinade by whisking together the orange juice, soy sauce, rosemary, and garlic
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 (3/4 pound) whole pork tenderloins
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Tomato-Citrus Salmon

Grate 1/2 teaspoon orange rind; squeeze 1/4 cup juice from 1 orange into a sieve over a bowl
- 3 large navel oranges, divided
- 3/8 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
- 4 (6-ounce) skinless salmon fillets
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 1/2 cups diced plum tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
