Salad, Kirk's Cauliflower

Beautiful salad with cucumbers, red bell pepper and yellow bell peppers
- Cucumber
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup helmans mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- 10 fresh basil leaves chopped
- 1 teas. dried thyme
- 2 teas. dried parsley
- 1/4 teas. garlic salt
- 1/4 teas. black pepper
- 1 tomatoe
- 2 teas. green onions
Casserole, Breakfast Casserole

Spread cut side of each muffin with 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 English muffins split
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 lb. bulk pork saussage
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles,drained
- 3 cups (12 ounce) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups commercial sour cream
- 12 eggs beaten
- 1 small onion cooked with sausage
- 1 small jar pimento addded to egg mixture

Add yeast and sugar to lukewarm water and stir to dissolve yeast
- 1 cake yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cut finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoon salt

- dried rosemary
Dressing Grandma Hopper's Turkey & dressing

Turkey: Salt and pepper and butter inside of turkey with melted butter
- 1 loaf of dry broken bread
- 1/2 cake pan of corn bread
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Stalk celery
- 1 whole small onion
- 1 tablespoon of sage or season with sage to taste
- Moisten with part of giblet broth and water and get fairly soggy. Bake 350 degrees until brown on top and dressing appears done.

- 1 (11-ounce) box vanilla wafers
- 8 medium-ripe bananas, sliced
