- 1/2 lb lump crabmeat
- 1 lg egg white
- 1 1/2 c panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 c reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 4 multigrain buns, toasted
- 1/4 c radish sprouts
Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and lightly grease a 9x9 inch baking dish
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
Not Yo' Mama's Banana Pudding

Line the bottom of a 13 by 9 by 2-inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top
- 2 - bags Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies
- 6-8 - bananas, sliced
- 2 - cups milk
- 1 - 5-ounce box instant French vanilla pudding
- 1 - 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 -14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 - 12-ounce container frozen whipped topping thawed
- or equal amounts sweetened whip cream.
Chicken Enchiladas Verde

1. Heat the oven to 400°F
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (about 2 ounces)
- 6 corn tortillas (6-inch), warmed
Roasted Poblano Vinaigrette

In a blender, combine the poblanos, onion, and lime juice and blend until smooth
- 2 poblano peppers, roasted, peeled and seeded
- 1/4 medium red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 2 teaspoons honey
- salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Green Bean Mushroom Medley

Place green beans and carrots in 1 inch of boiling water
- 1/2 pd. fresh green beans
- (I use frozen and just microwave them and the carrots a little before putting in skillet)
- 2 carrots, cut into thick strips
- 1/4 cup butter (I use olive oil but I do not think it would equal up to 1/4 cup. It is according to how many green beans you are using)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 pd. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt ( I have not used this or the garlic salt on it yet)
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Country Apple Dumplings

- 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
- 2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Mountain Dew ™
Crockpot Bean with Bacon Soup

Bring ham bone to boil in water
- Ham bone
- 6-8 cups of water
- 1 (1 lb.) bag of navy beans (2 cups)
- 2-3 bay leaves, depending on size
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4-5 pieces of bacon
- Small amount of chopped ham, optional
- 1 small onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, optional
BBQ Chicken Sliders
