Directions 1. Pour hot milk into the bowl of a standing mixer
- 1 cup skim milk, warmed to approximately 100 degrees F
- 2 teaspoons quick rise yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
- 6 tablespoons butter, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 (13 ounce) jar Bonne Maman grape jelly
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Pork and Black Bean Stew

A highly modified version of Saveur's Frijol con Puerco
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 lbs boneless pork loin cubed into 1/2" cubes
- 3 cans pinto beans
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 can fire roasted green chiles (small can)
- 1 can salsa verde (small can)
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 onions sliced
- 10 cloves garlic minced fine
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 4 sprigs cilantro
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- Cooked Rice

0. Preheat the oven to 300
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 stick salted butter
- 2 heaping tbsp Hershey's cocoa
- 1 running over tsp vanilla
- Optional 1/3 cup diced pecans
Shrimp Stew with Coconut Milk, Tomatoes & Cilantro

In a large bowl, sprinkle the shrimp with 1 tsp
- 3 lb. jumbo (21 to 25 per lb.) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Kosher salt
- 2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced into very thin 1-1/2-inch-long strips
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts kept separate)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cans 14.5 -oz. can petite-diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 cans 13.5 - or 14-oz. can coconut milk
- 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
