ROASTED RED PEPPER VINAIGRETTE

- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. sherry
- 3 c. cold, cooked white rice

- 1 tsp. br. Sugar

- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. peanut oil, divided

In an ungreased 13x9" baking sheet, put a layer of club crackers
- 75 club crackers (I didn't actually count, just buy a box of crackers)
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
- 2 cups gram cracker crumbs (from about 14 graham cracker sheets)
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup whole milk (I used 1/2 and 1/2)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup cream peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup butterscotch-flavored morsels
