Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 (16oz) container black beans
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels
- 1/3 cup chapped green onion
- 2 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (4oz) container chopped green chilies
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Add salt depending on taste

Preparation
Step 1
Drain liquid from beans and rinse in colander. Combine beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, garlic, chilies, lime zest, and lime juice.
Combine red wine vinegar, oil, and salt. Just before serving add to bean mixture along with cilantro . Toss to mix.
