Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups Flour
- 2 teas. Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 teas. Salt
- 1 teas. Cinnamon
- 1 teas. Nutmeg
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 can (about 1#) 2 cups Pumpkin
- 1 cup Corn Oil
- 2/3 cup Water
- 4 Eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Grease flour pan.
In a large bowl, thoroughly stir together; flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add sugar and stir well again.
In a med. bowl, gently beath together; pumpkin, corn oil and water.
Add eggs, one at a time; beating well after each addition.
Make a well in center of flour mixture.
Add pumpkin mix and stir just until flour mositened.
Bake in preheated 350 oven until cake tester in center comes out clean.
Bake about 1 hour
