POTATO CORN CHOWDER

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter or a little more
- 1 can 13-3/4 oz. condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 can 14-1/2 oz. Del Monte diced potatoes
- 1 can 14-3/4 oz. Del Monte Cream Style golden sweet corn

Preparation
Step 1
Cook ham, celery and onion in butter in large saucepan until vegetables are tender. (Eventually covered with aluminum foil to soften)
Add cheese soup, milk, potatoes and corn. Simmer 5 minutes over low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally (took about10 minutes over medium low heat).
