Pumpkin Cheese Cake (Best)

This cheesecake looks so professional when you cover with Caramel Icing and top with toasted whole pecans in a pattern on top or just do casual with a drizzle and whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup graham or chocolate crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
- 3 pkgs cream cheese (250 grams)
- 1 can Eagle condensed milk
- 3 Eggs (beaten)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first three ingredients and press into 9 inch springform pan. Whisk together pumpkin, sugar and spices.
Beat eggs separately. Cream cheese, then add milk, eggs and pumpkin mixture. Pour over crust and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool.
Garnish with Caramel Icing.
