BETTY'S CARROT-NUT CAKE

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
- 2 cups grated carrot
- 3 eggs
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup chopped raisins (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients in order. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured pan(s). Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
