- Chuck Roast, frozen
- 1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
Take roast out of freezer for about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 275. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Wrap in heavy foil. Place in shallow roasting pan. After 6 hours, Check to see if it is falling off the bone. If not, cook longer.
