  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 l milk
  • 1/4 l vegetables stock
  • butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • parsley
  • white bread

01 chop onion and garlic and saute on low heat in butter
02 sprinkle with flour and add milk and vegetable stock
