Beef 'N Bean Supper Dish
By á-6640
Versatile - can change from main dish to side dish. Can cook to be served now, or place in slow cooker for later.
Crock-pot version is listed on the directions. Usually will double the ingredients for the crock-pot version and may increase beans & decrease ground beef if for side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. (1 med.) sliced onion (or substitute dried onion)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can pork & beans or baked beans (I like Bush's)
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar
