Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine sweet potatoes and next 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.
Bake 40 minutes
Serve immediately
