Ingredients
- 10 med potatoes or 1 large bag frozen
- hash browns
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 2 T chopped green onions
- 2 C sour cream
- Salt & Pepper

Step 1

Potatoes: Bake & cool overnight. Grate.
Hash brown; microwave until soft.
Mix potatoes with remaining ingredients. Put into greased casserole. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Optional; diced green chiles.
