Scalloped Corn With Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp onion
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350*.

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup crackers and butter in an ungreased casserole dish. Mix butter and remaining crackers, sprinkle over corn mix.

Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until golden brown.
