Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 tsp dry rosemary
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cans beef broth (14 1/2 oz)
- 3 cups water
- 1 can V8 tomato juice (8oz)
- 1 lb little smokies (or other hot dog type) cut into 1/2 in. slices
- 2 TB red wine vinegar

Step 1
In Crock Pot: Combine lentils, onions, carrots, garlic, rosemary, pepper, broth and water. Cover and cook on low setting 6-8 hours.
Remove 2 cups of lentil mixture and whirl in blender. Return puree to cooker. Add tomato juice and kielbasa; cover and cook on hi for 30 more minutes. Stir in vinegar.
