Ingredients

  • 8 8 8 medium potatoes
  • 5 5 5 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 C mayonnaise
  • 1 1 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup yellow mustard or Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 1 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1 1 Tbs paprika
  • 1 1 1 Tbs black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1 - Peel potatoes and boil in salted water until done. Cool completely in refrigerator. Dice into cubes when cooled.
2 - Place diced potatoes in large bowl.
3 - Mix mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, salt, paprika and pepper in another bowl.
4 - Add to potatoes.
5 - Add celery and onions and mix well.
6 - Coarsely chop eggs and stir in well.
7 - Sprinkle a little paprika on top.
