Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Stew meat
- 7 to 8 Cups Water
- 16 oz can Tomatoes - diced
- 1 large Onion - chopped
- 2 Tbsp Beef Boullion
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Basil, dried - crushed
- .5 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 2 Cups Carrots - chopped
- 1 Cups Celery - sliced
- 1/2 Cup Green Pepper - chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parsley - chopped
- 2/3 Cup Quick Cooking Barley

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in 2 Tbsp Oil, add:
water, tomatoes, onion, boullion, salt, basil & worchestershire sauce
Simmer for approx 1.5 hours, then add:
carrots, celery, green pepper, parsley & barley, simmer for 45 minutes
and serve
Can be frozen
