To make different size batches use following chart
1 egg to ¾ C flour
2 eggs to 1 ½ C flour
3 eggs to 2 ¼ C flour
4 eggs to 3 C flour
5 eggs to 3 ¾ C flour
6 eggs to 4 ½ C flour
EGGS SHOULD BE ROOM TEMPERATURE. 6 EGG RECIPE MAKES ABOUT 2 Lb PASTA.
