Five-Minute Cheesy Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz or 19 oz) can chunky stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (5 1/2) oz can tomato paste
  • 1/4 —1/2 cup water
  • 1 125 gram pkg cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine tomatoes, tomato paste and 1/4 cup of water for 14 oz can, or 1/2 cup for 19 oz can in saucepan. Bring just to a boil.

2. Stir in cheeses. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve over hot spaghetti. Makes 4 servings
