Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 4oz. Mahi-Mahi filets rinsed and patted dry

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil over medium high heat.
Stir maple syrup, Cajun seasoning and garlic powder together in small bowl.
Brush maple syrup over filets.
Cook in hot oil till fish flakes easily with fork about 3-5 minutes per side.
