Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pureed pumpkin (one can Libby's pumpkin)
- Frosting:
- 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 stick butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk

Preparation
Step 1
To make cake, mix all ingredients well and bake in a jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 25 minutes. Cool. If baking in a 9x13-inch pan, baking time will be 25 to 30 minutes.
To make the frosting, cream cream cheese and butter together, add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until creamy. Frost cooled cake.
