Pumpkin Scones

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 teas pumpkin pie spice
- 1 stick cold butter, cubed
- 2/3 c pumpkin
- 3/4 c cream
- 1 c + 1 T powdered sugar
- 2 T milk

Step 1
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice. Work in the butter with a pastry blender. Whisk the pumpkin and cream together and add to the flour mixture. Pat into an 8 inch square on a floured surface, then cut into 16 triangles. Transfer to a sprayed baking sheet and bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Combine powdered sugar and milk to a thin frosting. When cooled I drizzled on frosting and sprinkled with cinnamon.
