Ingredients
- 1 roasted garlic head
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t cayenne
- 1 T olive oil
- 2-1/2 t lemon juice
- 12 oz. tofu, drained
- 1/4 t lemon zest

Step 1
Blend all but last. Top with zest.

fresh herb-chives, parsley, cilantro, rosemary, thyme
artichoke and green olive-1/4 c olives, 1/2 c artichokes, T parsley, 2X zest
