  • 1 roasted garlic head
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/8 t cayenne
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2-1/2 t lemon juice
  • 12 oz. tofu, drained
  • 1/4 t lemon zest

Blend all but last. Top with zest.
