  • 8 oz. macaroni
  • 1/2 stick butter (unsalted)
  • 1/4 all purpose flour
  • 2 cups whold milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 16 oz sharp cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Make a roux with the butter and flour.
Add milk slowly, whisk.
Add salt and 8 oz sharp cheddar, stir.
Add macaroni, stir.
Pour in buttered dish.
350 degree oven - 15 minutes.
Top with 8 oz sharp cheddar.
