- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 cup cottage cheese

Step 1
in a large pot stir all ingredients together except cottage cheese. over medium heat, bring to a boil and let simmer until potatoes are tender. smash the potatoes but leave some little chunks. reduce to low heat and add cottage cheese. stir frequently until cheese melts
serve hot
