Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 tsp. minced dried onion
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 3 cans (16 oz. each) french style green beans, drained
- 1 C. parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 C. ritz cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp. sesame seed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons butter and flour. Add sour cream, onion, sugar, salt, black pepper and red pepper; stir until well blended. Stir in green beans. Pour mixture into a greased 7x11 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, remaining butter and sesame seed; sprinkle over cheese. Bake 35--40 minutes or until heated through and cracker crumbs are golden brown. Serve warm.
