Chicken Broccoli Casserole

This was a family favorite when the kids were little
Ingredients
- 1.5 Pkg (10oz) Frozen Broccoli
- 1 Chicken (cooked) Rotisserie works great
- 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/4 Lb Diced Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 ) 4oz can Mushrooms (drained)
- 1.5 TBSP Lemon Juice
- 2 TBSP Butter
- Buttered Crumbs and Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Broccoli, drain. Cook chicken, cool and de-bone. Sprinkle poultry seasoning over chicken. Set aside. Combine soup, butter, cheese, mushrooms and lemon juice in saucepan and heat slowly until cheese is melted.
Place alternative layers of chicken, broccoli and sauce in casserole. Cover with crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 350` 30 to 45 minutes.
Fresh broccoli can be substituted for frozen, and green beans or asparagus can be substituted for the broccoli
