Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients
- Mix:
- 1 cup corn meal
- 1 tbl. baking powder
- 11/2 tsp. salt
- Make well in center. Add:
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- Blend well, fold in No. 303 can corn, drained
- Pour half batter in greased square or muffin tins.
- Cover with:
- 1/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese'1 four oz. can chopped green chilis
- Pour remaining batter over and bake at 375 for 30-45 min.
