Almond Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1 c. grated mozarella cheese
- 1 (2 1/2 oz) pkg. slivered almonds toasted in melted butter
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs combined with 4 tbsp melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325 degree F.
2. Place broccoli in 1 quart casserole.
3. Combine mayonnaise, chicken soup, eggs, curry powder, cheese and almonds in mixing bowl.
4. Mix and pour over broccoli.
5. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over casserole.
6. Bake 30 - 35 min.
