TRIM SHOULDER APPLY RUB TO MEAT AND LET STAND IN FRIDGE OVER NIGHT, PLACE IN CROCK POT ADD IN APPLE CIDER COOK ON LOW 6 TO 8 HOURS. SHRED AND SERVE ON HAMBURGER BUNS WITH BBQ SAUCE
