Ingredients
- Roasted Garlic Paste:
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 c. minced garlic
- 2 2 2 t. olive oil
- 3 3 3 T. cold water
- Garlic Shallot Butter with Lemon:
- 4 4 4 minced shallots
- 3 3 3 T. butter
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 T. of minced garlic
- 4 4 4 sprigs of fresh thyme minced
- Sprinkle with white pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. chardonnay wine
- 1 1 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1 1 chicken bouillon cute
- Toppings:
- 1 3/4 1 3/4 3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. fresh Romano cheese, grated
- 3 3 3 t. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1 1 Rotisserie Lemon Garlic Chicken (or your choice)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450*. Place a thin layer of garlic paste on pizza. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over paste. With a slotted spoon, scoop shallot mixture on pizza, add chicken, Romano cheese and parsley. Place pizza on middle rack and bake until crust is crisp and cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes.
