Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 1 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 1 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 1 1 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 3 3 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 2 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • Dash Dash of salt
  • to to taste and I also add dashes of hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix corn, butter, sour cream, corn muffin mix, eggs, sugar and salt. Pour in a deep dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
