- 1 family size can of tomato soup
- 2 chili's, minced
- Half an onion, chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- Dash of Salt and Pepper
- Mozzarella (optional)

Step 1
1. Chop up all of the vegetables and place them in a skillet. Saute them on low-medium heat for 10 minutes or until soft.
2. In a large pot, pour in tomato soup. Fill that same can with water and pour in as well. Stir together and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes. Add in the vegetables, salt and pepper to taste and continue to simmer until hot.
3. Serve warm with mozzarella on top.
