Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp diced dried onions
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt or powder

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients above.
pour over the tenderloin in your crock pot and cook on low for 6hrs.
serve with noodles, rice, or potatoes
