- 2/3 C orange marmalade
- 3 T brown sugar
- 2 T butter
- 1 t rum extract
- 1 # cooked carrots

Step 1
In small sauce pan over medium heat mix marmalade, brown sugar, and butter. Cook until reduced to 1/2 of liquid. Add the run extract and whisk. Pour over cooked carrots and serve.
