Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 3-4 slices Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Bacon or Bacon bits
- Avocado
- 1 tsp Jalapeno
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1/4 cup Onion
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix lean ground beef with pepper and bacon bits or bacon crumbles.
Create two thin beef patties
Place about 1/4 cup or less of Swiss cheese in the middle of one patty.
Place the 2nd patty on top of the first (with the cheese in the middle), and pinch sides together to close hamburger
Do this for as many patties as you are able to make
Grill hamburgers
