Ingredients
- 6 or 7 large bakers
- 4 oz sour cream
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup mayo depending on your liking
- 2 tblsp dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Boil and peel potatoes and cut into cubes and place in large bowl. Combine sour cream, Italian dressing, salt, celery, onions, mayo and dijon mustard and fold into potatoes. Fold in chopped hard boiled eggs. Refrigerate several hours before serving to let flavors blend.
