Betsy's Grilled Marinated Pork Chops

These are out of "Georgia on My Mind" cookbook. It is the only recipe I use to grill pork chops. They are tasty, tender and most importantly - MOIST!!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tblsp dry mustard
- 2 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tblsp pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 cup lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except the chops and mix well. Marinate chops in this at least 3 hours. Grill over medium coals about 7 minutes per side or until no pink remains, basting with remaining marinade.
