Ingredients
- 2 2 2 C soft bread crumbs (torn bread)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C chopped onions
- 1 1 1 t salt
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 t thyme
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C hot water
- 1 1 1 # ground beef
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C vinegar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 C cold water
- 2 2 2 t yellow mustard
- 1 1 1 T flour

Preparation
Step 1
Combine bread crumbs, onion, salt thyme and hot water, allow to set for at lest 5 minutes. Mix brown sugar, vinegar, cold water, mustard and flour in separate bowl. add the ground beef to the bread crumb mixture and form into patties. Brown patties lightly on each side. Cover patties with sauce and simmer for 30 minutes or burgers are done to taste.
