Ingredients
- 1 Reynold's large cooking bag
- 2 tblsp flour
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb beef sirloin steak cut in thin strips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Shake flour in oven bag and place in 13x9 baking pan. Add undrained tomatoes, soup mix, water and pepper. Squeeze bag to blend. Add beef. Tun bag to coat beef with sauce. Tie bag shut. Place bag in pan and arrange ingredients in a single layer. Cut several slits in top of bag to release steam and bake 40 to 45 min. Serve over hot rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
