  • -wine
  • -pimento paste (sweet or hot)
  • -butter
  • -coffee
  • -french fries
  • -sunny side up egg

Step 1

pound out beef between saran wrap. pan sear the beef in a pot pan. remove beef, deglaze pan with wine then add pimento paste and coffee and butter at the end. throw beef back in the sauce. served on top of a pile of potato's and then top the beef with a sunny side up egg.
