Potatoes Aux Gratin with Ham

Ingredients
- 8 large Potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium Onions, sliced
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Milk
- Water
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 fully cooked Ham Steak, cubed
- 4 cups Cheddar Cheese

Step 1
Grease 9x13 baking pan
Whisk together Soups and 1 can of Milk + about 2/3 can of Water
Place half of the Potatoes and Onions into the bottom of the pan. Add half of the cubed ham and sprinkle with 2 cups of cheese. Pour 1/2 of the soup mixture over top and Salt and Pepper to taste. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Pour Heavy Cream over the top of all ingredients.
Cover and bake at 400 degrees for about 90 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
