Ingredients
- 2-3 Elephant Garlic Bulbs
- Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup White Wine
- Fresh Rosemary
- 1/2 cup blue cheese
- Baguette

Preparation
Step 1
Cut approx. 1/4" off the top of each bulb of garlic
drizzle small amount of olive oil on each top
Add:
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup white wine
Fresh Rosemary
Cover and Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
Add extra broth if needed
Add 1/2 cup Blue Cheese and heat 10 mins more
To serve: Pour liquid in dish
Squeese garlic out of peel
spread on baguette rounds
dip into liquid
