- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil $
- Salt
- Lemon

Step 1
Melt 1/4 butter
Add garlic and slow cook for 15 minutes or until garlic starts to turn translucent
Add additional butter
After butter is melted add basil and turn on lowest setting to keep warm, not cook
Salt to taste
Pour over grilled chicken or tilapia
Squeeze on lemon after served
